Of all the tpo roofing problems there are this is the one that is probably the most problematic.
In my opinion the bubbles will lead to future roof problems and jaycos have had a lot of roof leak problems for the past several years.
Can you please lead me in the right direction on how to go about fixing this.

Well the fact is my 12 year old jayco roof is fine.
I am reading this is a common problem with the tpo roof.
I ve got solar panels and eternatape on the roof now and i m worried about messing that up.
But i m not the first owner and i think someone coated the roof earlier.

Well tpo membranes have problems.
Now the coating is spotting and peeling.
Epdm rubber this was the primary selling point of tpo.
One problem with tpo roofing material is that it has a fleece backing and can wick the moisture in different directions so you may want to check the entire roofing surface.
If the material was perfect manufacturers would not change the formulation every few years.

The dealer stated during the years 2005 2007 jayco had used this roof callled tpo with a fleece backing that has caused these severe problems.
Better yet my insurance company refuses to pay to have it repaired because they say it is a manufacture defect.
Please note there could be multiple recalls for a specific model rv.
Nor is jayco the only company with this recent air bubble problem i see reports of these bubbles on a couple of brands of new rigs.
I want to get this stuff off.
