That s called a cement asbestos tile because the asbestos is inside of a cement binder.

For that reason it is very slightly possible that one might detect a rare asbestos fiber in masonite if the hardboard producing equipment such as an asbestos coated roller was damaged.
There is no legal requirement to do so nor is there significant real estate benefit.
